I have recently have a great experience in CHT service dept. Jade was very helpful and takes time to explain what they have done and what I needed to look up on my next service. Also for Eunice who helped me to book an appointment ahead of winter rush. Shout out also to the personnel at the back who are diligently working though we don't see them personally. Even I have already ended my warranty, I still trust the service department to do my maintenance because of these people.
