Was “removed” when my doctor got sick. She was removed too. I’m on AISH and when Copeman owned this clinic, I was treated like a paying customer. Telus gets ahold of it and says that they aren’t a charity!

Telus Health is completely incompetent. The phone system doesn't work, always getting disconnected and can't reach anyone. They are at least 30 minutes late for appointments, making people waste their time.
