We had a great experience with Tom at CleanTech! We contacted Tom before moving into a new house as we wanted our carpets cleaned. Tom provided a detailed and timely quote and patiently answered my many questions! On the day, Tom arrived on time and walked us through the process explaining all the steps. He did a fantastic job and our carpets looked brand new after. We would definitely recommend Tom and his services.
Tom was very friendly and professional, and such a pleasure to deal with. He did a fantastic job with a cat-damaged carpet and gave me some pretty good info and tips. He was quick and thorough, and the price actually came in cheaper than he initially quoted me. I mean, how often does THAT happen? Thanks Tom!
