I ordered a specific flower arrangement because they are my daughter’s favourite. They sent a completely different flowers without notice. I contacted them repeatedly and they offered a discount on my next order. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

If only I could give zero stars! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Ordered beautiful flowers online, it took days to deliver them, which I gave them plenty of notice and completely not what I ordered turned up!! No notifications or replies back on multiple emails. 3 months and nothing, I don’t even know if I got the same value I paid for

Disappointed in regards to what was sent over what I picked. The arrangement looked sloppy and I paid a lot of money plus a tip. I'm just hoping it looks better in person than what the recipient showed me. I was embarrassed and even more embarrassed for Chinook Florist. I would not recommend using this florist!
