“Annie From the Hood” is very friendly and knowledgeable. As an aging middle-age man, it is difficult for me to keep up with all of the new Apple products released every September. Today I went to see Annie about a charging problem with my external battery for my new (now already outdated iPhone 14 Pro).
She immediately diagnosed that the charger cable connector was too thick. She showed me the required cable and I was on my way. As a busy professional, I can’t have any down-time and Annie is my go to technical expert!
Amazing service..and she is extremely friendly. I was worried about my iphone not working as i did not have much time to spent on the repair. But she got back my iphone working in few minutes in very affordable price..she is Super talented. 100% recommended.
