I recently had the opportunity to tour CARSTAR Springbank as I belong to a collision repair performance group that CARSTAR Springbank is a part of. As a fellow shop owner I can confirm that CARSTAR Springbank has all the right processes in place and you can tell that everything they do has a large focus on customer satisfaction. All staff that I interacted with were knowledgeable and professional. The shop is clean, well run, and has all the right equipment required for collision repair in 2024.
