We were travelling from the Bow Valley area back to Medicine Hat from a camping trip when one of the U joint's came apart on my truck. we safely got off the main highway and did a quick google search for mechanical shops in the area. Thankfully we found the Carstar shop in Springbank only a few blocks from were we broke down. We contacted Thomas and were told if we could get it there they would fit us in that day. We were able to limp the truck over for an inspection and they were able to get parts and fix it the next day. They even let is get the trailer over to park in the yard for the night. These guys were so easy to deal with and fixed my car up like brand new. I did notice a minor issue a few months later so I can attest to their post repair customer service. They got me in right away and cheerfully resolved my problem and had me on my way in no time. If I run into anymore problems I know I can depend on these guys for quick, convenient and quality repair and sevice.
