The courtesy vehicle was lovely, my truck came back detailed which was an amazing surprise, also I noticed my signal was not working on opposite side the work was done so likely nothing to do with them but they immediately had a shop guy, Dylan come out to fix it, the problem was corroded parts but Dylan tinkered with them till they worked. “I had a flat tire from a screw, they were able to schedule the vehicle in same day for a quick fix (during tire change season - other tire shops would have been a 2 day wait minimum, for the repair).

During service they noticed seriously worn outer tie rods which had become a safety concern. They brought the issue to my attention, but didn’t insist on having the work done through their shop. I was able to have the issue taken care of through my standard service shop.

I've been coming here for the past month and so far it's the most affordable place in Calgary that I know of. I've called other shops for the job Prime quoted me on and their price differences are by the hundreds! Anyways, I'd just bring your vehicle to Prime Auto and let them do their thing. What makes a good mechanic for me is honesty, fair pricing and knowing what really needs to be done on a vehicle given its age etc. I was referred to this place after my other mechanic retired and I'm so glad I gave it a try. Very nice, very accommodating and very friendly. They have worked on my simple dodge car and even my bmw. Trust goes far.“
