Cleaning job was very good. Workers were on time. However, it was not explained that there are two different levels of cleanings. To remove stains and thorough cleaning, the cost is different. The estimate given was $169 and real cost $387. Payment system is disorganised and unprofessional with no invoice given and staff requesting credit card payment through what seems their own personal line, not the company's phone number. Office staff were extremely rude when I called the company to clarify the situation and get the final invoice to make the payment.

My recent experience with this carpet cleaning service was rather disappointing. The technician made one pass over the stains, and no attempt to get them out . This was not the worst part of the experience, though. When the technician worked on the stairs, they still looked dirty . I placed a white towel to absorb the water and as I stepped on it it left behind an unsettling brown foot print raising concerns about the effectiveness of the cleaning process. In an attempt to salvage the situation, I took matters into my own hands and used my own carpet cleaner. Surprisingly, I managed to extract a significant amount of dirt, and the stains that the technician claimed couldn't be removed were, in fact, successfully cleaned. This experience left me unsatisfied, as the service did not meet my expectations. It felt like a subpar job, and that it wasn't worth the money I paid. I had hoped for a more thorough and effective carpet cleaning service, especially when dealing with simple stains. Regrettably, this experience did not live up to those expectations.

I had my carpets 'cleaned' recently as advertised in a flyer sent out by Home Depot. 3 rooms plus hallway. My carpets had no stains but I wanted them freshened up and the rate seemed reasonable. I have been left with spots of colored stain everywhere through the 3 bedrooms. I complained and they sent the same young student out a second time. No improvement whatsoever. They have refused to send an inspector with some authority to come and inspect the carpets and do not seem to take the photos sent seriously. The carpets are now in terrible condition appearing as if they need to be cleaned which was not the case prior to this visit and in fact I may now be faced with replacing them. I have asked for a refund and that has also been refused. I will never have anything to do with either this company or Home Depot after this totally unacceptable treatment. A total disaster.
