Tim and his team went above and beyond on our window replacement and I couldn’t recommend them enough. His quote was clear and detailed which gave me confidence in the end cost. Keith and his team replaced our basement window and completed framed it making it look much better than before. Marc and his team made the drywall look great and completed their work in a very efficient manner. Most importantly our wall is now free of mold. I retained Building Works to deal with a roof issue after a previous contractor had completed sloppy repairs and introduced even more new issues. Tim's knowledge was reassuring and he has an eye for quality. The crew, lead by Pablo was professional, courteous, and very hard working.
Due to a number of factors (weather, more damage found etc) the work took longer than initially expected. Building Works was able to quickly address any identified issues and the outcome was fair and good quality. I would hire them again. Thank you for all the hard work!

My place had work done twice (rain leakage issues) by this company and both times did a great job. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember the guys that came over the first time, but the 2nd time, Brennan and Kurt came by, and everyone were very nice, professional, and did a fantastic job. Would come back for future needs.
