I recently brought my dog, who can be quite difficult to groom, to Brilliant Best Friends and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience! My dog has always been anxious during grooming, but the groomers here were incredibly patient and gentle. They truly have a way with animals and provide exceptional service. We'll definitely be returning!
I've been taking our little Sigmund here I believe since they opened 9 years ago. Sigmund is a sheltie, and is incredibly sensitive. I was very nervous / apprehensive to get him groomed because of this... but since our first groom Nadia and her team have met him with the same level of sensitivity and gentleness that he displays. They never push him, and will always take their time with him and groom at a comfortable pace for him. He always looks transformed afterwards, and I couldn't be more grateful to have BBF in our neighborhood. Highly recommend!
I’ve been taking my German Shepard/husky here for about 2 years now and he always comes back so fluffy and clean. They do such an awesome job with his double coat! I also take him to daycare and he loves it! They pair him with dogs that are similar energy and it feels good knowing they are always watching him and regulating his play throughout the day. Highly recommend!
