Went in to have my squeaky brakes, front end suspension and muffler looked at. Kevin had my car up on the hoist in 5 minutes, checked everything out and then took me to look at what he found so I could see for myself. He had my car fixed in 1 hr for a very good price. It was a very positive experience, no hassle, easy and good straight talk. My previous mechanic I would have to book 2 weeks out. Thanks Kevin.
Oct 2nd visit: I had some weird noises , Kevin had my car hoisted up in 5 mins and it was time for the brakes to get done. 40 minutes later, job done, squeaks gone, and everything sounded great. Thanks Kevin, see you next time.
Kevin's a good dude. Too bad these guys are retiring and moving on. Not that many people like him around anymore. Great place in and out fast. Free check is a free check. Good luck if I dont see you again with future retirement!
We had a suspension/frame sound from our vehicle that we were concerned about. We went to a few different shops in hopes of them fixing it- with various responses from we don’t know and hopefully it will go away, or shops seemingly eager to recommend costly fixes. I decided to get another opinion and went to Brake Check (131 16 Ave NE location). Friendly, smart, competent, efficient, honest. Rather than give a list of repairs to get the creaking noise fixed, he literally tightened a few bolts on the spot saying that was all that was wrong. I drove away and the creaking sound was fixed 100% like new!
