My car ended up at Boyd's when recovered from a theft with damage, and from the first day it was there, Carl contacted me with all the relevant information I needed. My Insurance took months to finalize, but Carl kept in contact which was greatly appreciated. I went down there to talk to Boyd's Adjuster, and she was great as well.
