Mitch was prompt (important, when one has only one bathroom!) and repaired the toilet emegergency quickly. His rates are very reasonable and I strongly recommend him. Wow! Mitch is THE man. I was calling around because I had messed up my blower motor. I explained to him what was going on and he taught me how to fix it over the phone.
