Mitch was prompt (important, when one has only one bathroom!) and repaired the toilet emegergency quickly. His rates are very reasonable and I strongly recommend him. I live in Bowness and also support our local businesses here, call him for all your plumbing or heating needs or repairs, he is on call 24/7.

We started using Mitch for the odd job a year ago as he was local to Bowness and we were new to the area. HE TOLD US HIS FEE RIGHT UP FRONT, and made sure we understood his fee schedule. If he can’t take your call he sends a text back letting you know he will get back to you and he always does.Mitch came into his own for us when we noticed water seeping through the kitchen floor. He came as soon as he could, that same evening, and quickly established we had a leak. He was focused and determined to find it, but didn't put any pressure on us to use him.
