100/10 experience with John the owner of this shop. Brought my gaming laptop to him numerous times and he's always there with a smile and willing to help the best he can for the cheapest way possible. I drive across the city to go to him and him only. He doesn't just fix your laptop and send you away. He takes the time to actually explain what's wrong and what he did and how to prevent it from happening again. Would recommend only coming here if you want the best knowledge and prices on laptops.
