Her emphasis on healthy, long-lasting color was evident, and after the test, she confidently proceeded with the process. She did my toddlers first haircut and I could not have asked for a better experience! She was so welcoming and calming, my toddler immediately felt comfortable with her. I had expressed I have been nervous to have my toddlers first hair cut as she has very course and curly hair. She explained the process to me clearly and shared what techniques would work best for hair care, styling and over all maintenance. The haircut was beautiful and exactly what I had wanted. Billie also cut, coloured and styled my hair. Again, she was so welcoming and calming. I also get nervous with haircuts for myself as I have curly hair and have had many negative experiences with not being heard.
