She did my toddlers first haircut and I could not have asked for a better experience! She was so welcoming and calming, my toddler immediately felt comfortable with her. I had expressed I have been nervous to have my toddlers first hair cut as she has very course and curly hair. She explained the process to me clearly and shared what techniques would work best for hair care, styling and over all maintenance. The haircut was beautiful and exactly what I had wanted. My toddler left feeling so proud and pampered! She constantly talks about “Billie at the Salon”. I am so happy to have taken her here and will continue to do so.

Billie also cut, coloured and styled my hair. Again, she was so welcoming and calming. I also get nervous with haircuts for myself as I have curly hair and have had many negative experiences with not being heard. Billie listened to what I wanted and took her time ensuring I was happy with everything. My hair turned out beautiful.

“I had over-plucked, thin eyebrows which never recovered from the 90's fad of having pencil-thin eyebrows. Alex was able to fix that and give me very natural looking brows. I don't wear makeup, so it was very important to me that my brows look natural. I am very happy with the results and have had very positive feedback from friends and family. 100% would recommend!
