In addition, they offer postpartum and mum and baby yoga, enabling mothers to continue their yoga journey even after giving birth. The classes are highly informative, providing valuable knowledge about pregnancy, maternity, and childbirth. Irena, the instructor, guides students through yoga poses while also empowering their mindset and fostering confidence in their inner strength and body knowledge. Her lactation course has been incredibly helpful for new mothers. The peaceful and positive atmosphere of the studio contributes to mental well-being and increased confidence during this significant life transition. Baby's Breath Prenatal Yoga is highly recommended for expecting and new mothers.
I have done prenatal yoga with both my babies now and the prenatal yoga experience for both has been absolutely wonderful! The moves and knowledge is just what a pregnant body and mind needs. With my second pregnancy I was able to do 4 private couples yoga with my husband which helped us connect on a very deep level and prepare us for the labour and delivery. All the work I put in during pregnancy certainly paid off during labour, delivery and postpartum - of course not easy and not without challenges but the body and mind connection and exercise helped greatly. Baby’s Breath Yoga now offers postpartum and mum and baby yoga which is amazing so I can continue my journey event though I am not having any more children. 6/5 stars! If you’re pregnant or postpartum you must go!
When I first heard about Irena’s practice, I decided to try the class to add some movement to my life while pregnant. The classes are amazing, with great informative sessions about the pregnancy/maternity world in the beginning, followed by the yoga practice. From a physical point of view, I knew prenatal yoga classes would be good for me and baby, but I didn’t know how empowering it would be to my mindset as well. Irena words not only guide us through each yoga pose, but also guides our minds to a place of confidence in our inner strength and in the innate knowledge of our own bodies. Now that my baby is here, I can’t wait to go back go the postnatal classes!
Amazing experience doing prenatal yoga in this wonderful studio! Irena is such a kind and knowledgeable soul, and I used some of her advice, yoga positions, and deep breath work during labor. Highly highly recommended!
