The building I am in was sold to Avenue Commercial just a few months ago. We went from a wishy-washy landlord to a very professional property management company. Many of the things that had been in disrepair for years have now been fixed - including potholes that were large enough to be dangerous. So far they have made a great impression on me and my colleagues. Thanks Avenue!
