These guys go above and beyond for their customers! I cannot recommend them enough! Jay has been so helpful and has been communicating with me through the entire process (which has been quite long due to dealing with my warranty). They have given me faith in mechanics again! I was visiting Calgary from out of town and ran into an “engine malfunction” code on my BMW. Despite being so busy on a Monday morning they were able to squeeze me in to run diagnostics on my vehicle and actually resolve the issue so I could get home safe!!They communicate with you every step of the way and explain why they’re recommending certain solutions. The team is not only passionate about the cars they service but also their customers. I am new to Calgary and was looking for a shop to do an out of province inspection. I am picky with who touches my car as I try to maintain it myself as much. So I am happy to say that this place is trustworthy, I am confident to leave the car in for more complex repairs and diagnostics in the future that I don't have the tools or knowledge do execute at home. The service is well priced considering being a German car (my friends got more expensive charges for their Hyundai) they are quick and the communication is outstanding.
