We’ve had continuous issues with our heating and cooling, finding one company would say one thing, while another would say something different. Carla spent over two hours with us, explaining the findings, making sure we understood what each part meant and actually using appropriate apparatus and math to support those findings.
The most important piece Carla sourced, that others didn’t, which is likely the leading cause of our issues - was a poorly installed vent (and a lot of smaller holes elsewhere).
We learned so much and have so much trust with enlisting AIC’s help to fix our issues.

Our A/C heat pump installation operates perfectly, and does exactly what we had hoped it would do. Dustin was very helpfull today after he completed the system's annual maintenance checks and showed me more of the features that the wall unit is capable of providing. Thank you Carla, and Dustin.
