Met with Dr. James and what an amazing experience it was. I’ve been with another chiropractic doctor for 12 years and he was good and I have respect for him, but AST is very different.Like the next level of doctors that explain a great deal. Dr. James showed me many exercises for my back pain that were never shown to me before and was a great pleasure to work with.I’ve found my new chiropractor, many thanks to you and your knowledge in your craft, Dr. James.The gals at the front desk were happy and positive and a treat to deal with as well!!Greg

Had a massage with Jean. It was fantastic! She was thorough and paid attention to the areas that I expressed concern about. It was both therapeutic and relaxing. I went home with some tips for strengthening my lower back too!
