Had issue with the laptop not turning on but they got it fixed quickly and walked through the process. They are honest and glad that I went here to get it repaired instead of big tech retail shop nearby

I was in need of a new to me laptop. The quality I wanted was out of my price range. I called Mike and he found me a gently used HP with the features I was looking for.
