I was taken to the Brooks hospital by ambulance Jan 8th 2024. I spent 2 days in this hospital and was diagnosed with double pneumonia in my lungs. On the 10th of January I was send to the Medicine Hat hospital for better care due to my circumstances. While I was in the Brooks hospital the Doctor and nurses along with other staff took care of me the best they could with compassion. I thank you all and may God bless you for what you do.John Leroux and family.
Excuse me, but this is some kind of horror. I waited more than 5 hours for the doctor to come to me. Not a single nurse responded to me, I asked for help, but they ignored me, saying that they were busy and would come back later. I don't recommend coming here
We arrived to emergency with my father in the process of passing in September of 2022. The hospital staff were incredible and compassionate with our family and were always generous with allowing us space and time, and for the visitors to come and go from his room, and to say their good byes. My mother and I are forever greatful to all the staff, but especially the night staff for being with us through this time. I am shocked to see the poor reviews as we had the most incredible care a fellow nurse could ask for. Thank you again Brooks Health Centre for being with us through the darkest days of our lives.
