Blackfalds Medical Clinic - We No Longer Accept New Patients.

Worst place to get help. told not to come back and my file will be removed. He cant figure out my health issues just kepts giveing drugs that cause more harm then good. Lady at the front desk very rude. If I could give less then one star I would. Very unprofessional.

Kemp became my doctor after I moved here in 2014. I tried to make an appointment after trying to get a prescription he wrote for me refilled and because it had been a year the receptionist said that they had removed me as a patient. I had no letter or phone call to inform me. Very unprofessional.

Kemp has been my family doctor since the clinic opened….today is December 29, 2023 have not seen him for 7 years, called to book an appointment was advised that Kemp only keeps regular patients and it has been too long since I’ve seen him, so I’m now no longer his patient. Guess Kemp doesn’t want patients like me.
