“I've had on-and-off lower back pain since I was a teenager, and 20+ years working office jobs, sitting at a computer, have only added to the issues. He put me through a high-frequency treatment plan (2-3 appointments per week) to resolve the current issue, and gradually reduced the frequency to a maintenance level. I've been seeing him for over a year now, and my flare-ups have been far less frequent, and less intense than before. I've been able to perform more strenuous activities without issues, and increase the intensity of my exercises to compound the benefits of his treatments. I still need to consider how a demanding activity will affect my back, but it's no longer the dominant factor in my day-to-day decisions.“

As I am a heavier lady, I had anxiety about the stability of the table. I would definitely recommend that they change it out and for this reason, alone, I wouldn’t go back unless they got a new massage table.“
