“Girlfriends and I enjoyed a lovely afternoon at the spa. It is clean, modern, and the treatments were great (especially the rejuvenating facial).

We were all extremely taken aback, however, when we checked out and were asked verbally to provide our gratuity to the front desk clerk, instead of choosing our gratuity when providing payment with the machine, like every other establishment. When two of us asked why we couldn't just add the gratuity on the machine, she said their system wasn't capable of that -- which is frankly unheard of, and honestly it felt crass. I took one star off for that -- it wasn't a great customer service experience.“

“Great natural hot spring in Banff that is a wonderful place to come with family. We came as part of our tour to Banff and enjoyed an hour in the hot springs. There are showers that you use before and after using the natural hot springs and is day am hour is good enough. We came in July 2025 and had a wonderful time. Gift shop available and towels as well.“
