They were very quick to respond to my appointment inquiry and kept in contact with appointment reminders and even offered me to come in a bit earlier for my trial which was very convenient! Terri did my hair and makeup and she was amazing, she did exactly what I asked for and completely understood the look I was going for. She also explained a lot about the makeup products she was using and what they would do for me and why she chose them, which I really appreciated. Her dog Penny is also the cutest!
