I moved to the Bow Valley from central Alberta in 2008 after completing the 2200 hour massage therapy program. I have experience in both clinical and spa environments and describe my treatment style as therapeutic flow. Every treatment is customized to the needs of each client and integrates various modalities. I can often be found hiking, biking or cross country skiing in the amazing mountains that surround us. Whether in the campervan, backpacking or on an international flight, I love to travel. Growing and making delicious food is greatly rewarding and sharing it with family and friends brings me joy.
