Kim was absolutely amazing as my elopement photographer. We were coming from the US and got married at Lake Louise. She made us feel comfortable every step of the process and was very responsive to emails, questions, and concerns throughout the process. We had no idea what to expect at the location, but Kim helped us to think through the details like timing, order of events, etc. On the day of the event, Kim was so easy to work with. The whole family was so impressed that she knew everyone's names and directed the pictures efficiently and professionally. The pictures turned out so amazing, we couldn't have imagined anything better. We would definitely use Kim as our photographer again in a heartbeat and highly recommend her to anyone looking!
Fantastic overall experience. Called and chatted with someone who was able to help me figure out just what I needed. They created me a gorgeous elopement bouquet in no time, in my budget and had it delivered to my hotel. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out!

This was my first massage and I was a bit nervous but excited before getting to there. She made sure I felt comfortable the entire time and she asked all the best questions. I dont have alot of experience with massages but this felt just right! Perfect pressure and she was very very kind! Her tahini cookies are also a bonus, delicious :)
Veronicas is so wonderful! We’re in town on an RV road trip and did a longer day at lake Louise and moraine lake and wanted to make sure our pups weren’t cooped up in the camper all day. They had an absolutely blast at daycare even our anxious pup did so well! We picked up happy and tired doggos!

We had a flat tire on the highway near Lake Louise on our way home to Calgary. We didn't want to drive all the way on the spare but when calling around to tire shops in Banff & Canmore, everyone wanted us to leave the vehicle with them for 3-4 hours?
The guys at Standish were great!! They directed us to come in when we hit Banff, which we did, then we walked to a nearby restaurant to have lunch & hope to get back on the road. We weren't even half way through lunch when they called saying our car was ready to go.
Thank you to them and their actually caring about a customer. I highly recommend them if anyone else is in need.

Had an emergency plumbing situation arise recently in Lake Louise and David Kennedy went above and beyond to remedy the issue. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest and fair with solutions and their costs. I would not hesitate to have David handle any and all plumbing issues I had.
We hired Alpine Peak Photography for our wedding in Banff on July 29th. Bryan was absolutely amazing to work with. He helped us feel really comfortable during the progression of our day, and he was fun to talk with. Great personality. And very creative! Which is exactly what you want and need when your wedding is in such a beautiful environment. He was willing to try as many different shots as we were, and he had great suggestions.You won't go wrong giving Alpine Peak Photography your business - we are more than happy with the memories and the end result!

Stunning. Absolutely stunning. The Fairmont Banff Spa was a dream. The ultimate relaxation day, and I could not have asked for anything more!! The restrooms have everything you can think of, for after your massage, as far as toiletries! The spa has complimentary teas and light snacks, which were my absolute favorite!!!! The view from the lounge and jacuzzis were stunning. My massage was fantastic as well, just a tad sore the next day. Otherwise, words and photos do not do this place justice, you must experience it for yourself!!

I had an amazing experience at Botega getting my wedding makeup/hair done, as well as my trial. They were very quick to respond to my appointment inquiry and kept in contact with appointment reminders and even offered me to come in a bit earlier for my trial which was very convenient! Terri did my hair and makeup and she was amazing, she did exactly what I asked for and completely understood the look I was going for. She also explained a lot about the makeup products she was using and what they would do for me and why she chose them, which I really appreciated. Her dog Penny is also the cutest! Highly recommend Botega and Terri.
I had high hopes for the pedicure, especially at this price point, but was a bit disappointed. The nail technician was very nice and I think she did an OK job and gave nice foot massage, but again, expected a bit more for the price. I was also surprised when instead of toe separators she used rolled up tissue ?
Jeremy and Cassidy did an amazing job doing our hair for my bridal party. They were fun to chat with and upbeat making a long morning tons of fun. The results were stunning. Everyone's hair held up all day/night, even after being in the wind. I have never had curls last so long. Thank you so much!

Notch, I booked a spa date for my best friends birthday and they went above and beyond with making it extra special. 7of us at the same time and our RMTs karen, ariel, ian, dante, ray, mary anne,and janet are very knowledgeable and their techniques are incredible. Very zen and calm atmosphere, perfect for date night with friends or by yourself. We will come back again on our next trip.
Couple massage pkg made us want more! MT's are really amazing, serene and beautiful spa environment and staff all just lovely. Literally the best massage I've had, with Alana(?), and will be returning regularly from Calgary as it's worth the drive and day in mountains!
