Went on a nail date with a dear friend. I must say the nails made by Quincy is thebest I have done since I moved to Alberta 2022. I shamelessly almost feel like it’s the best in so many years. She pays attention to details. Very meticulous. I also love that the staff are very pleasant and do not chat annoyingly like I noticed most shops do. This is a rare fine. Absolutely recommend. Been coming here for more than 10 years. I used to LOVE this salon. It’s become highly overpriced. I had a set in mind, I was coming in for a Fill. I asked how much it would be to get this set. The girl said $85. They charged me $95. The set is nice. I had to go back 2 days later to get a nail fixed because it was lifting already. The girl I had doing my nails was very inexperienced.About a month ago, I had an appointment and I waited just about an hour for said appointment. Very frustrating being I needed them done or I would of left. Defeats the purpose of booking an appointment.

I’ve gone here for years and they’ve always done great but recently in this past year it has seemingly gone downhill. I book an appointment everytime and everytime I arrive 5-10 minutes before my appointment because I know they can be busy. The last four times i’ve came my nails don’t get started until 25-45 minutes after i’ve arrived, defeating the whole purpose of creating an appointment. Not only that but i’ve been overcharged more than once just for the nails that are way less durable than the price.
