I don't know where to begin, from the start Terrance was straightforward, showed up on time, personable and provided great ideas. He also stood out amongst other contractors for the fact he listens to his clients, and does not do any pressure tactics to get your business or create more work costing more money. From start to finish Terrance was there for us and happy to answer my million questions. I will be recommending Roberts Custom Builders to anyone and everyone! In total we had 88' of fence installed and a 28' x 30' deck built all within 6 days. I had a wonderful experience choosing Terrance at Roberts Custom Builders as my contractor for my deck project. Not only is he a Go-getter, but he also helped me design my deck, and it turned out even better than I had ever imagined! It’s hard to find good contractors these days, but thankfully I have found mine and will always bring him back to do future work for me. I have had Terrance and his team at my place for two large projects within a year of each other. I originally started ripping down my rotting deck in the summer of 2022 myself before realizing I was in well over my head.
