This year my house underwent a once-in-a-lifetime renovation. A pretty big and costly luxury renovation that lasted several months. The basement was newly developed, which included my dream private theatre/gaming room, and the main floor was gutted and brought to the level it deserved. As an avid trade guy myself, the bid process for this renovation was highly competitive consisting of over a dozen contractors in Airdrie and Calgary. After a thorough review process, I am happy that I selected Chad Leary with Heritage Homes and Renovation’s. He and his team did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Chad and his team, and soon I will be calling Chad again to finish the rest of my house.

Chad and his crew did a wonderful job on our daughter’s basement development! Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The guys were great to deal with and the job was done on budget and in time! Highly recommend Heritage Homes!
