Mike has brought back the long lost art of customer service! I had a need for a chainsaw, Mike answered within moments when I left a question on his website. He sent me photos, pricing and options for when. Not only that BUT he delivered it to me and picked it up! He supplied the gas and oil needed along with a reliable tool/equipment that was ready to go. When he got to my house he showed me how to use it and went above and beyond with providing me with suggestions on how to kill the tree stump that would be left. Best decision we could have made in hiring Mike for our yard maintenance. He visited us right after contacting him and confirmed the work he would do and then has been doing everything we asked of him. He is meticulous and always on time. He is prompt in communication and does the little things without being asked. His rates are the best we have seen. So grateful for stepping up for us. Thanks Mike.
