Let's just say I REALLY needed a massage today. I called my two go-to massage clinics and unfortunately neither could take me soon enough (no fault of their own).However, when I called Silvercreek, they were able to get me in. That is just a small reason for the 5 star rating.Their space is clean and the rooms are relaxing.Arianna who was covering front desk was so kind and friendly. I felt welcomed and cared for.My therapist was Gita who came on-call just for me from her home was attentive did a great job. I left relaxed and so much better than when I entered.Customer service is paramount for me, and this place excelled in this area.Summary: I will return.
It was my first time going to this location and I managed to get a last minute booking through their online booking system which was super easy and convenient to use!I booked with Geeta for a 60 min hot stone massage and she was absolutely amazing!Not only was she kind and caring but she made me feel really comfortable and relaxed the whole appt. She did such a wonderful job and I feel like I can finally move my body freely again after the massage! I wish I booked longer than 60 mins because she was so good at her job and I desperately needed that massage!I will absolutely book with her again and I have nothing but good things to say about geeta and my great experience... read full review
Ariana is an amazing RMT , Have been going here once a month for over 3 years welcoming, professional, relaxing. She really listens to your requests and she works on what your body needs.100% recommend
