Great company and staff. Just had a new water tank installed, where 2 old tanks had to be removed before the water line, gas line, and venting had to be reconfigured to accommodate the installation of the new tank. Both technicians were exceptional explaining the process, and completing the installation as quoted, and leaving the site cleaner than they found it. We are very pleased with your professional staff, and your awesome work. We highly recommend Van Dyck Plumbing & Heating!!
I am very late on writing this review but back in March I have the guys come out to service my furnace and replace a part that was on its way out. They were able to book me in the next day and arrived on time. They were very friendly and professional. They were so helpful and went above and beyond to help me out. They did the furnace service, went to get the parts and installed the new parts all in the same day. They were very thorough and did multiple tests to ensure that everything was working before they left. I highly recommend using them and they will be my go to in the future.
I have call Sean and his team many times over the years and he has always been fair and just with me. his pricing is always been the best he can do to help you out. He has replaced the furnace for me in my previous house and installed on-demand, hot water and plumbing for a Basement Reno recently. Always takes extra care and attention to get the job done right. I highly recommend him and his company to take care of your plumbing and heating needs. He will be back in the spring to install air-conditioning at my place, and I am looking forward to working with him again.
