“I have been working out for 17 years in hot pilates & hot yoga studios (and an instructor). This place is so much better for so many reasons: Cleanliness, Infrared heat is way better than hvac heat, helpful staff, can do several different workouts at the same visit in your own timeframe 24/7, lights can be turned off in each sauna, sound can be adjusted, no stinky/ sweaty people ( because you can workout by yourself) or if you want to workout with up to 3 people that is optional, temperature can be adjusted, clean shower available, virtual instructors are detailed in position explanations, regular weight sets in non heated area are available anytime, foam rollers are incorporated for stretching, bands are available, 2 cycle rooms so there is always one available (great for a 15 min warm up prior to another workout), you get your own -LARGE- towel & mat when signing up, parking is right in front of entrance, vending machine with drinks & food and an awesome app for scheduling classes, track calories etc“
“I was visiting Sandy for the weekend and wanted to get a solid morning yoga session in. I am so happy I came here. The people that work here are so FRIENDLY and welcoming. The studio is spacious and the class was awesome. Julie was a great instructor. Whenever I am back in Utah, I will definitely be coming back!“
“The facials here are amazing! I’ve also been to their pilates and yoga classes which I’ve enjoyed. Everyone here, the whole staff, is so pleasant every time.“
“I am a total noob to Pilates, but Tiffany, Emily, & Katie have been so amazing and PATIENT! I love how I feel afterwards. :)“
“This is by far the best gym I have ever been to, everything is kept so clean and everyone is so friendly“
“Great location, great informed employees and very clean. I would recommend this location for you to get your sweat on!“
“I am a marathon runner. A little over a year ago, I was having pains in my lower legs that almost caused me to hang up my running shoes and give it up.On the advice of a friend, I started working with Trish in April of 2015 and doing pilates twice per week at her studio. This helped me to change my form and also put more spring and life back into my legs. Not only did this help me enjoy my running more, but it also helped me to run my fastest times as a marathoner. In May of 2015, I qualified for the Boston Marathon for the first time, and then in October of the same year ran my fastest marathon ever at St George. 3:13:39. I have also run my fastest half-marathon times since I've been working with Trish. The biggest reason for my improvement is because I no longer feel like I have to fight my body all the time. I am able to be more effective and aggressive in my training because of the restorative benefits that pilates offers.Trish is so passionate and has tremendous knowledge. She truly lives what she teaches and makes each training session count.“
“I feel really lucky I found this studio. Everyone there is extremely friendly. The instructors are great, and the classes are challenging but not intimidating. They have an awesome introductory deal too.“
“I love Club Pilates!! Although expensive, I don't regret it. I am up to 5-6 days a week and have lost 16 lbs since starting in January! ❣️“
“This is the best workout ever! Staff is so friendly, environment is great and the workouts can’t be beat. Highly recommend!!“
“Beginner here! I did an intro class yesterday and my first 1.0 class today. So far it’s been a great experience. I felt welcome and safe and the instruction was clear. I loved how clean it looks and smells as well, which for a type of gym is impressive.I think this could be the place that helps me take my health and fitness to the next level.“
“Their Instagram is updated frequently with class updates or schedules. They have an app you can buy different types of passes to attend various classes. Really cute studio.“
“As an introvert who knows I should exercise more and frequently starts workout plans, going to any gym has always been difficult for me. Other things are easy to prioritize and the crowd can be intimidating. I had tried hot yoga previously and while I enjoyed the exercise itself, the cost combined with a room full of people and an instructor was not for me. HotWorks turned out to be the perfect balance. The small sauna rooms and virtual instructors provide much needed privacy and reduce the social pressure. Having 24/7 access to workout when it's most convenient makes going to the gym frequently possible as a working mom and paying $60/month for a minimum of 90 days has actually been a good motivator to me keep going. This setup is likely not for everyone, but is more cost effective and works better with my hectic schedule than other hot yoga alternatives. Plus, as long as I keep up on my water, the workouts make me feel satisfied and energized. I am proud to say I have been going 3x per week for the past month! #smallvictories“
