I was visiting Sandy for the weekend and wanted to get a solid morning yoga session in. I am so happy I came here. The people that work here are so FRIENDLY and welcoming. The studio is spacious and the class was awesome. Julie was a great instructor. Whenever I am back in Utah, I will definitely be coming back!

I look crazy with my red face and bloodshot eyes, but I just finished a class. My emotional life is paramount. I've achieved much greater emotional stability through hot yoga. I've shed so many tears but now feel smiling joy. Consider opening your heart and letting the tears flow... maybe some giggles, too. I wish you the best. ?
