I have gone there many times for physical therapy and pool therapy. The staff is very friendly and professional and helpful.. They work with you on your insurance and message. Or extend the physical therapy if needed.. They also have a gym, a pool, and a coral pool, and a sauna, it is a wonderful place..

Erin and her beautiful assistant have been a Godsend to me. They cheer me on every step of the way. The girls have bright smiles and encouraging words during the whole workout.Thank you girls so much.

Just want to give a shout out to Mary, who leads the Zumba Gold class every Monday and Wednesday at 1 pm. It's so much fun, and such a great workout. Mary has a loyal following, but is very welcoming to newcomers. Even if you come in a bad mood, you're guaranteed to leave in a good one!
