Mrs. Kuzma sold us our house in Cheyenne and we were so impressed by her professionalism, as well as her personable qualities, that we decided to employ her in our efforts to sell our home in a soft housing market. Oh yes, Barbara Kuzma and her team are the best. I promise! We are liquidating our holdings from long distance, and it isn't easy for someone to represent us as we're unknown entities and in Florida (sometimes not available). B. Kuzma has been professional, consistent, kind, no-nonsense and straightforward throughout the short period we had property listed through her. Very important qualities as far as I'm concerned.
