My furnace went out and Jake was the technician sent. He was kind, explained everything well and showed me as explaining. He was due diligent in his inspection and found all issues and mapped out the units and registers for us in our new home (4 units) so he had his hands full. Need a new furnace and will be having them install. Minus needing a new unit, Jake and the other gentlemen were great. Thanks again!
