WELLSMART Rehab & Fitness provides excellent physical therapy. The therapist is very knowledgeable, thorough, and encouraging, performing one-on-one therapy sessions. They explain the muscles involved and teach effective stretches and exercises. Many patients feel better after just one visit and experience significant pain reduction. The therapy helps clients get back to moving and breathing comfortably, often providing relief where other treatments did not. The therapist continually learns new techniques, helping patients tremendously over many years. For those in pain and looking for relief, WELLSMART comes highly recommended.
I have had physical therapy at different places over several years for a shoulder injury. Wellsmart / Mike has done more for my shoulder than the other places combined. I can’t recommend him enough.
Mike got me back to being able to move and breathe comfortably after I popped a rib out of place. He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the different muscles involved in my situation, and how to stretch them effectively. I felt better after one visit, and was glad he was able to see me for a few visits after to help in preventing it from happening again. He is very encouraging as well!
I have been going to Mike for physical therapy off and on over a period of about 20 years. I had several vertebrae in my back broken when I was a teenager, after years of going to doctors without much relief, I was sent to physical therapy at Wellsmart. After just a few weeks I was off of pain meds and for the most part pain free for the first time in over 25 years. Over the years my back has continued to get worse and I have been back for therapy several times. Each time Mike has helped me tremendously.
