Wish the previous vet hadn't retired. He was personable and had reasonable prices. The new male vet has no bedside skills. And for a simple nail trim and anal expression it cost $63! It use to be about $18ish for each. Even since last year they increased their own prices.

We only just started going here. It's nice because it's closer to home. The staff has been super nice. I often leave doctor's offices because the staff are awful. This place has been great.

Such a great experience. As a new client, in making an appointment, checking in, the vet tech and the Doctor, my kitty was shown caring & compassion by Martinsburg Animal Hospital. They were reasonably priced and we will take our other pets there for the awesome care they provide. They show that they love animals 😀

I have being going to this office for many years. Dr Sauble was the best. Recently, I had an issue with both of my babies Buddy and Titan and Di (she’s been there since Dr Sauble) was so compassionate to me. Thank you Di! Buddy and Titan thank you too! I chatted with her about my dogs status , didn’t feel rushed and she told me she’d chat with the vet and call me the next day to follow up and see if there was anything else I needed to do. She called me like she said and I just really appreciated the care and quick response. I also liked the fact that I didn’t need an appointment to chat with the vet about my concerns. It was nice that the office staff and vet techs communicated to the vet for me to ensure great care for my dogs GI issue. Also the lab results came back fast! I totally forgot to ask and Di was like let me check on this! My dogs are my kids and when something is wrong I need calm reassurance and full trust in the vet and other providers.
Additionally, I’ve had a few encounters with the new vet Dr Washington and have found him to be extremely compassionate and caring. My dog buddy had a severe reaction to a vaccine in December and he went out of his way to follow up and call and let me know he contacted the company. I didn’t feel rushed on the phone. I really feel like the new vet’s really care about all the animals!

I’ve been going to Martinsburg animal hospital for years. However since it’s changed owners the service has deteriorated. I called in and scheduled a growth removal for my dog and showed up today to have the procedure and they had no record of it. They sent me the estimate of the cost the following day of me scheduling we’ve been waiting almost a month for the appointment. How do you lose the entire appointment and then refusing to honor the appointment time now I’m in the market for a new vet.

I was worried not to find another vet like Dr. Sauble but very relieved that the Washingtons, husband and wife duo, are very good and more important I feel they care about your pet. Everyone there is good at what they do. I just love Kristen, very kind and soft spoken. Took excellent care for my wounded cat. I'm glad they are my new vets. Feel I will get the best of care here. Highly recommend both of the Dr. Washington's.

Had to take our dog there since he was declining rapidly, couldn’t walk anymore, could hardly see . They gave him great care in his last days, even sent a sympathy card.

I took my Yellow Cat there for euthanasia because he was very sick. The doctor was wonderful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, if there is one. He was soooo kind. Thank you.

Was told to drop off my cat between 7am-730 but no one was there. Me and 2 other people along with a Duncan donuts door dash order was waiting there till 715when the front office girl finally showed up and grabbed her DoorDash and then ran inside. Was give paperwork to sign with an est that was never given for $415-$662!!!!! I have been going there for yrs with my other cat and 4 dogs, dogs all weighted 100lb or more and it NEVER costed me more than $250. Guess the new owners plan is to up prices and run off all the old clients. I took my cat and left, will take my business elsewhere.

This place truly cares. Took my dog somewhere else for a lump. Didn't even touch her. Here, they gave her a full body exam right in front of me. Loved it
