Got there before my appointment at 11 when they open. First off the place is in a nasty place for being a “beauty bar”, dirty, and suspicious. The problem was that none of their social media pages exists, the place said open and the door was locked, didn’t pick up the phone. Such a ghetto experience, I don’t know how this place has any good reviews, does it even exists? Wants your credit card to book an appointment, but no one was there for it. Please save yourself and go anywhere else lol, you can get the same prices where it’s clean, no ghetto, and they actually show up and are professional.

I was looking for a lash tech today and was told to come here so I figured I’d leave my review as I was too shocked last year to do so. This was a year ago - but I am reviewing because if I was told to go here today they must still do lashes. Let’s start by what others have said - She didn’t show up to my lash appointment. I waited in the parking lot for an hour. No call no show and when I called they didnt answer. I left. I called later in the evening (after putting a 100$ I believe deposit down for the lashes) saying she missed my appointment and she penciled me in apparently without a refund or discount because when I came BACK the same day she said her husband was drunk driving and wrecked the night before and that’s why she missed my appointment and took me in right then and there as if my schedule didn’t matter and it was like a favor to pencil me in for the appointment I already deposited money for. It then took her SIX - 6 , yes 6 hours to do my lashes as she juggled three other hair clients between my full set. Imagine explaining that your eyelashes are taking 6 hours to your partner when you have plans later that night when my lashes always take two maximum. The glue burned me , she got lashes poked into my eyes , and the whole process was very unsanitary as she was vaping half of the time and allowed me to do so also which I did take advantage of being I was having a panic attack with waiting on a flat bed with half a set of burning eyelashes on and alone for hours while she did hair in between every two eyelashes she’d apply. Also when she demonstrated how to brush them out she put them spool on her own eyes then on mine! Also there was period blood all over the bathroom toilet seat and hand towels and there was no paper towel options. I remember that very clearly. After she finally got my lashes “ done “ she tried to sell me on hair extensions as if my eyes didn’t just take her all day. Crazy. I do not advise this place for anyone wanting eyelashes - I could’ve had 10$ extensions at home falling out in two days and burnt my eyes to save me the 250$ and 6 hours and gas. Bummer.

When a business has a cancellation policy, they should also be respectful of the customer’s time by letting them know that they won’t be there. No one is there, no answer to calls or texts…nothing! As a brand new customer with a confirmed appointment through text and email, that is unacceptable. A simple text would have sufficed.

I have a confirmed appointment, and no one was there. You have to love a "business" with a cancellation policy that doesn't even bother to tell a brand new client that something has come up and try to reschedule. That just isn't acceptable in this day and age where you can easily send a quick text or message when you have it all through the Vagaro app. I've received confirmation emails and texts but nothing to reschedule. Wasted my time unnecessarily and it isn't appreciated.

Love XOXO! 1st The salon is beautifully decorated. I feel very much at home and comfortable . You can tell that creative loving thought went into every detail. As a tanning salon, best beds I've been in . Already had a dark tan in 3 sessions vs 8 to 10 sessions at a bigger chain tanning salon . At 10 minutes each ,as I am busy, is phenomenal. Jodie as my stylist for 10 years now, can do my hair like no one else can. She has the eye for how the hair lays and grows as to how she's going to cut /color. Pricing is reasonable .Its always a pleasure to sit in the chair and chat, laugh and enjoy the moment. Im also pretty impressed with the rinse/shampoo bowl because it doesn't hurt my neck as all the others have. I highly recommend XOXO for all services offered ????????

Do not go here! Total nightmare! She completely botched up heavy blonde highlights on my daughters hair, 3 weeks before her wedding. It cost $365 to go to another stylist and fix the damage. She refused to answer texts or calls to remedy the situation. Her business practices are ridiculous.

I can't even describe the nightmare that this woman caused doing my daughters hair, 3 weeks before her wedding. She had to go to a different stylist, it cost her $310 to try to fix it, and has to go back for a second appointment. Do not go here!!!! We had a terrible experience with her!!!!!

Disappointing waste of time. I’m traveling for work and I booked a lash fill here with high hopes. My appointment was 10am today, I confirmed my appointment and received all the text message reminders. Jodie never showed up, never called or cancelled my appointment. I sat and waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot, called her and never got a call back. I ended up just leaving. I understand life happens, but as a person who also owns a business, I cannot fathom standing up a client with zero form of communication. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I’m thankful another salon was able to get me in. Don’t waste your time here.

I had high hopes for this salon, made an appointment weeks ago trying to get in before I have my baby (I'm 9 months pregnant). I walked in 10 minutes early, Jodie tells me she's running 20-30 minutes behind. I wait another 10 or so minutes, she's still with the client she was with when I walked in with someone else waiting ahead of me. Turns out, that person ahead of me had been waiting almost an hour. I let her know I would just reschedule, she got an attitude and said time got away from her. I let her know a quick call would've been fine and I would've come in later but my husband took off early so I could make the 5pm. She said she wasn't going to apologize because of personal reasons. I just left. I understand running behind or having an off day but getting an attitude with me, a first time client, for not waiting 30+ minutes for her to finish with her client + take someone ahead of me is uncalled for.

Best salon I've ever been too. The atmosphere is so friendly and Jodi did such an amazing job on my hair. I showed her a picture of how I'd like my hair and she made it happen. I went from boring brown to a beautiful blonde!! I'm so impressed and will never go to another salon. Thank you so much for giving me more confidence in how I look!
