Needed keys made since I lock myself out of my home often. Had them made at AKL. The young man who waited on me was so fr it endly and professional. I will use them again in future and recommend them often too.

These guys are very professional. They call back, let you know when they're coming, show up on time, and fix the problem promptly. We were advised on possible solutions to our lock issue with no pressure to buy a whole new lock set. Would use them again.

Love these guys! I locked myself out of my house like a buffoon, and Nick was there in 20 mins! My door gave him plenty of complications too because of the old locking mechanism, but Nick hung in there and eventually got it unlocked. He very easily could have thrown up his hands and said “sorry bud” but he didn’t. I feel like Nick went the extra mile and provided an excellent customer experience. 10/10 would highly recommend to anybody in need of assistance!
