I was very pleased with veterinary West in Charleston, West Virginia. The staff is wonderful, pleasant very kind, respectful. The vet was very informative and answered all questions that I had and explain things to me that I wasn’t aware of, and I felt very confident with the information that I was given to Sadie my 3 month old puppy a healthy and happy life!!
Was taken into appointment in a timely manner, and the vet tech informed me of choices for the 2 kittens I brought in. The Dr. and Vet Tech were very professional and accepted my choices with no quibbles. I felt listened to and respected. I will always refer folks to Valley West Veterinary.
My cat managed to escape outside and came home with a facial injury. Was able to be seen the next day. Information given was great for current and future issues that may happen. Was given a print out with information plus a website to keep watch for a future issues that may occur.
