This was my 1st experience dealing with a sewer leak under my house. In a rush I was unable to ask around or look up for myself plumbers to help repair, so I ended up just calling down a list. A few places didn't take my issue serious and one company hung up on me. I called Mr Rooter and it rang busy. They immediately returned my call though and came by in hours to address the issue. After scheduling the full repair and explaining the process to me, I was imminencely impressed. The tech manager (Mike Ivy) that took on my mess was super polite and thorough with his explanations and breakdowns of the situation.
