I have been with them for years. Dr.Merritt is wonderful working with me. Everyone from the front desk, nurses and lab. Healthcare is not easy so if any of the staff here or anywhere is a little short or rude show some grace as you would want shown to you.

i dont know where these negative reviews come from but in my experiences ive always got the best care in the valley . doc B has always help me in and away from the office . yes the staff is always busy but Doc runs a tight a ship as it should be . 5 stars

Elizabeth McClellan as a psychiatrist is the most disgusting excuse for a professional I've met since I was 5. She lied about putting me on a list for an autism assessment, lied about being a specialist able to diagnose me, then said she didn't believe I was autistic because I can talk and I'm not deformed. Needs FIRED
They also play games with referrals based on who pays them more, knowing some places require referrals. Predatory establishment, report and investigate if you can.

My gf ran out of medicine. I was going to get there 5 minutes after they closed. I called, they assured me someone would be there. I get there at 5:35. Doors locked. Don't bother expecting the after hours helpline to do anything either. Could you not just say sorry, cant wait or something?

I love this place and will forever be grateful to everyone who works here, especially Bernadette and Sarah who I see just about every week since my heart surgery. They truly care for their patients and our health! I couldn’t thank them enough for all they have did!

I love this place!! Friendly staff.. Never have to wait long and they listen to your needs. And I didn’t have any trouble getting my blood taken. 🤷🏾♀️

Every time we call to try and speak with the front desk, nobody answers. When they do answer, they hang up and don't call back. The doctors here are unprofessional and brush off your symptoms and can't give an answer for anything. They will take weeks to refill IMPORTANT medications. The worst office in the area

Receptionist yen is very rude and clueless. Very disrespectful to my father who was just asking about his medications and why the doctor hasn't reviewed them after screwing them up also prescribed medicine that interacts with others. . Dont go there..

My doctor, Michele Roach-Courts, is absolutely one of the best doctors ever. She listens to you and talks to you, not at you. She has helped me and my daughter more than I can say. She is leaving unfortunately but I will continue going there because that clinic has saved my life...THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICES! YOU WILL BE MISSED MICHELE!!

Receptionist at Kanawha city health center was rude,idc how new you are,you should know how to speak to patients that are waiting on test results.instead I was pushed to the back burner all day and spoke to very rudely.
