I had a fantastic experience with this funeral home when my father passed away. Robert Sr. and Anna did a great job making me feel supported and understood and took such great care of my father. I highly recommend them!!
I struggled with giving 3 stars and contemplated on even doing a review, but do want others to know my experience. Yes, Peace of Mind is less expensive than others, but don’t try to cut costs because you truly get what you pay for. Everything was “ok” up until I picked up my mom’s ashes. A woman greeted me at the door and didn’t ask for any ID or anything. Within a few minutes, she handed me my mom’s ashes and had me sign some paperwork. As I was leaving, she says “Happy New Year, have a great day” I literally just picked up my mom’s ashes and you are telling me to have a great day?! My Dad passed away 17 years ago, but I still remember the kindness and grace and just down to earth good warmheartedness that Robert provided. If there was a good side to all of this it was that my dad was no longer in pain, and Robert and his team were just so easy to work with. Really... This is the only team I'd ever call upon if I had relatives still in Milwaukee or the burbs.
