I grew up in West Bend and went to this optometrist for a few years, but have since moved out of town. Recently, I flew back to West Bend but my airline lost my luggage which had my contact lenses in them. The staff helped me get my prescription sent over from my current optometrist and they helped me get a few pairs to hold me over. It’s clear that the Doctor and staff care about their patients and want to help them!

I have called and called and get no answer, even when going through the main number and being transferred. I know things are difficult through these times, but how can you leave your patients hanging. They would not give me a 6 month prescription to get through. Took me 2 months to get a sample pair and now those are getting dried and they won't answer the dang phone.

I have been coming to see Dr. Gilbert for awhile (since 2007) and everything has always been great! However, I'm here to give props to one of the other employees, Jim. He went above and beyond in helping me, and I really appreciate the help he gave me!
