terrible had an appointment for 9am with bonnie and got to salon no one there called number on door lady was rude waited till 915 and still no show also bonnie did not answer phone or text bad customer service with this place terrible !

Suzzetre was very rude and unprofessional.Refused to do a simple cut. She has been cutting hair the same way for 35 years without updating skills or techniques.In order to update my style, I'll have to update my stylist.

I got my hair highlighted with 2 colors and cut by Bonnie. It had been several years since getting my hair professionally done so I was nervous. I went looking online and read a ton of reviews for numerous salons. Suzettes stood out because Suzette herself responded to all reviews even bad reviews with such kindness and class rectfying any situation. Bonnie put me at ease and did a wonderful job. I got my hair done a few weeks ago and wanted to play with my hair to see if any issues arose. I am beyond happy with my hair. It is so easy to style and looks great. I had a wonderful experience with Suzzette! I have rocked a mom bun for the last 8 years at least! I was so nervous to try something new and definitely would never have chosen the hairstyle I got! Not reliable for keeping appointments...very first appointment I received no call that appointment was canceled. I showed up, it was closed. I left work early to accommodate her schedule. 2nd time- appointment was canceled again. I would of loved to be a regular with her- but two times leaving work early to accommodate her schedule and only to be canceled both times didn't work for me.
